Discovery still discovering if they should call clients
Your service sucks, I submitted my documents and claim to you on Saturday 28 November, your email says 2 to 3 working days, its 1 week later, today is the 6th working day and I'm still waiting for your team to get back to me, pathetic service makes me want to cancel and move to a better medical aid
