Discovery *****s your money!!!

2 months in a row my debit order has been charged nearly R3000 more stating that Vitality has charged me for 2 years worth of monthly subscriptions. I have never had Vitality, and I have NEVER requested to receive Vitality. (which they can clearly see on their systems)! I now have to sit with the issue that my debit orders bounce because they are taking money that I don't have in my account. I get charges a bounced fee charge and I get bad credit on my name!!! If the medical aid themselves cannot tell me why this is happening, clearly they DO NOT know what they are doing and I'm better off cancelling my medical aid all together and going somewhere that wont ***** MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
