I have submitted my orthodontic claim to the medical aid for Dec. They have not bothered to pay me back when we had gone through our payment gap, they have not bothered to respond to the emails I have sent which were several. I am disappointed in their tardy treatment of us. I have paid for almost all my medical bills last year because they refused to pay for them stating things like the provider was flagged or the provider is not an orthodontist when these are all ways for them to ***** our money and hide behind "procedures"
