DISCOVERY *****S MONEY FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid my Gynecologist R2000 for my first appointment, I send the claim to Discovery which they are only paying me back R1000 but still deduct R2000 from my savings account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY WHOLE R2000 BACK AS THAT IS WHAT I PAID AND WHAT YOU DEDUCT!!!!!!! DISCOVERY *****S MONEY FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No Discovery phoned me and didn't allow me to talk as the so said "manager" kept on interrupting me when I talk and don't listen to me and then raised his voice at me until I hung up on him. So NO THIS MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED!!!!!
