Discovery *****ing formula from a baby

Discovery loaded an extra arb debit on my account and is now not reflecting and "payment due to member" I get pushed from pillar to post by the call centre, each time some agent promises to call me back and doesn't. I call back and have to explain from scratch with every new person I speak to. I should be nursing my newborn baby but instead am having to go through math literacy with people who don't give a damn.
