Discovery standards dropping

3 issues. Discovery made a double payment to Lancet and now charged us the extra payment as we now "owe" discovery. Discovery consultants keep saying we must recover the money from Lancet as discovery accidentally paid Lancet twice for one claim? Really your incompetance and now we must owe discovery? 2nd complaint is that we use our airtime to phone discovery and we tell the consultants please call us back as airtime about to finish in which they reply no problem and then they dont phone back because they dont want to handle the complexity of the query. Please check last 2 consultants did not phone back! Thirdly my one daughter died in nicu and her twin is in need of Synagis which was initially declined however Doctor did a motivation explaining the seriousness of this case and my baby that was in nicu for 4 months needs synagis but discovery has been reviewing the motivation to pay from risk/major medical/pmb for the last 3 weeks while we stressing about our baby. Please have a heart it may be out of season for synagis to be authorised but sufficient motivation has been given by Doctor. My daughter was born at 26 weeks and we had to burry her twin.
