Discovery Standard? where are you?
signed my sister up to Discovery health as i have only had a great experience. however when teh process doesnt flow easily it all falls apart. Hospital authorisation been stuck at standards since the 26 May, with no ETA. Despite the SLA being 4-7 working days. I call eveyr 2 days and still no resolutions
