Discovery staff lies when money has to be refunded

I left Discovery Health 4 months ago and I was told I will receive my Savings balance after 4 months. I phoned on Thursday, 9 November and was told it will be paid into my bank account on 13 November. Today, 13 November, I phoned and was told it will be paid in by 14 November +- 3working days. That is just pathetic. Discovery only employ idiots
