During Covid-19 and all the chaos of what to do when you have to have a test done and worst of all its positive, it certainly very helpful to have Discovery walk you through the process step by step. From getting the test done, results sent through speedily via sms, and having healthcare professionals do a superb job. I can definitely say that the person that helps me the most not just for medical aid clarifications, but always going above and beyond to resolve any of my claims. Taryn Holland, you are an angel to me especially after my daughters traumatic experience and having her stay at a Wellness Clinic...Yes the stigmas attached to Mental Health especially with teenagers has never been easy. As a single mom, its not easy to get every last detail sorted in a day, so to Tarryn and colleagues, thank you from the bottom of my heart for superceding my expectations on Customer Service especially during The Pandemic.
