Discovery SPG- stalling to their benefit.

Discovery is so annoying, it’s like they deliberately inconvenience you when it suits them. I’m in my self payment gap and in October 31st had R2,700 left to pay towards it. I then had some medical interactions that cost me R435, R1,435, R806 which is roughly R2,676 that I submitted with proof of payment to go towards my self payment gap. This was done September 3rd. They still have not deducted these costs from my SPG, I’ve called and even requested a transactional report twice but nothing sent. I get R21,900 once my SPG is paid but being that it’s so close to the end of the year I feel as though they’re just stalling purposefully. I thought it takes 2-3 days to process a claim. It’s so flipping annoying. I wouldn’t recommend Discovery to anyone, and 1 star on hello Peter, if I could choose no star, that’d be more suitable.
