Discovery sneaking in increases any time during the year

I see that on 1 October you increased my medical aid contribution. I do NOT give you permission to do this in the middle of the year - I don't care what you did during covid. You used to give a premium increase in January of each year and I have the choice to downgrade my medical aid plan before 31 December if I wish. This way you are probably sneaking in increases by confusing your members by increasing willy nilly during the year.
