The entry level health plans do not work. They are a complete waste of money. I have been paying for smart essential for more than 3 years now. Yesterday I looked for a dentist through the app, it was very limited but still I went to one that says consultation is covered, they didn't take the medical aid, I went to another one through the app, they still didn't accept it. Now I paid from my own pocket as I was in severe pain , I'm now wondering what it is I'm am paying for.
