Discovery slow to refund

Torga Westgate claimed for glasses that we gave instruction not to do. They claimed and promised it will be reversed. Phoned Discovery and every time get a different story. Now almost 2 weeks and I am still fighting with Discovery and Torga for refund. Everytime it will take 2 to 3 days and I start again.
