Discovery shows up when it matters :)

My husband just received his transplant and Discovery Health has really been very accommodative with regards to tests and ex-gratia accounts. When it mattered, Discovery showed up and I think credit should be given when it is due. Thank you for giving us peace of mind to know that bills will be paid, while we could focus on the recovery process.

A special mention should be made to Magz Govender that really showed the most amazing compassion to our situation, and really offered unmeasurable assistance when I really needed it to sort out claims. She also phoned to check in on us, and that really made a huge difference, not only being a number, but truly caring for us.
