Discovery should consider individual circumstance.

Hi, a little disappointed.... I have been with Discovery Classic Delta for years and only about 2 months ago was forced to drop to Smart simply because I am unemployed... I know many people may upgrade simply because they need a procedure done so they try to cheat the system but this is not the case with me... I simply want to be allowed to upgrade back to my previous plan, for which you still have my savings, because I am hoping to be employed again next week... my circumstances should be considered. I need to be on the better plan, I was on before. I do not wish to abuse my medical aid. My state of health is unchanged.
