Discovery should change there name to money making scheme

Based on all my experiences over the last year with dentist, doctor's and optometrist. I have no choice but to conclude that Discovery does absolutely nothing to protect there members. They dont verify or check any claims made by any medical profession. As long as the member has funds available, they just pay. The only claims they might check is hospital claims and its clear why because its costing them money, and that they have to protect. I think its quite sad . I personally did not take out medical aid for this purpose. It is also very disappointing that they do nothing even after questioning and complaining about all these medical professions that submit claims and charge horrific amounts,, sucking out every last dime on your medical aid because they more interested in making money then the well-being of the patient. They couldn't care less. Yet they they the first to complain about the government wanting to implement NHI. Are the medical professions and schemes complaining because they care about the members or because they wont be making money like they use too.
