Discovery shocking service

I received an script on the 31 October and submitted it, it has 6 items on by today I have received 4 items. I have made many phone calls send many messages. It falls on deaf ears. Discovery you are shocking. I have now given up and informed my attorney. If something happens to my health due to you not supplying my meds, My attorney will SUE YOU Regards Leon
