Discovery shocking service

I have been trying to get a replacement card for lady for the last 4 months. Everytime i call in they say it has been posted and i must wait 6 to 8 weeks. The last time i asked for it to be sent to the store in sandton which she said she would do. She gave me their contact number and when i call i got transferred to 7 different departments. The service is shocking!
