DISCOVERY SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!! YOU TAKE NO OWNERSHIP FOR YOUR MISTAKES!!!!

Dear Discovery,

I am utterly disgusted with you service!

How do you justify your below actions:

On the 07.01.2019,I went do my GP due to heavy pain in my Knee. He referred me to an Orthopedic Surgeon ,I went to the orthopedic surgeon on the 08.01.2019 and he recommended that he do procedure code :ICD-10:M76.56.

I went to the Glynnwood -practice no: ********** .Hospital as this was the hospital on Discovery's list I spoke to the consultant and I received admission on ICD-10:M76.56 on admission number: ********** 4 followed by an email and an SMS ,Afterwards confirming admission.I was then informed by the consultant that I would have to pay R8800.00 as Glynnwood does not fall part of their network.

I called back later to find out where I could go and then YOU CHANGED YOUR STORY AND SAID YOU DONT COVER THE PROCEDURE HOW DO YOU JUSTIFY THIS I HAVE IT ON BLACK AND WHITE WHERE YOU APPROVED IT AND JUST CHANGED YOUR MIND!

Well today on the 09.01.2019 I phoned your call center to speak to manager I was first assisted by a consultant we just said sorry ''Sir ,this is not covered under your plan'' we notified you where did you notify me? If I never phoned you would of not even knew about it!

How can I the consumer and a valued customer of Discovery be kept liable for the negligence of on of your call center agents?

I have also had to wait for more than 30 Min for a Manager too one day take my call and they just stated the below:

1.The manager Informed me that it is a SERVICE FAILURE AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT OUT OF MY POCKET AS IT IS NOT COVERED ON MY BENIFITS.

2.So I have to pay for Discoveries Incompetency

3.She advised me that it would be declined I just asked where is the email after you saw a mistake was made to rectify the mistake WHERE IS THE EMAIL?

REALLY DISCOVERY YOU TAKE NO OWNERSHIP FOR YOUR MISTAKES NOR CARE ABOUT OUR LITTLE CUSTOMERS!!!!

SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE NEVER JOIN THIS COMPANY!
