Discovery service stinks

Discovery medical Aid has always been a ******* no matter what package or deal you are on thats why i have chosen another medical aid company...the service levels are pathetic the turn around time is ridicolous and you spend more airtime dealing with *********** people than actually getting solutions....my wife joined discovery a few months because she felt she needed medical care and went with discovery despite me being against it,pays almost 4k a month for a package and now its the first time she has to use it at a gynae SHE NOW FINDS OUT AFTER WAITING MONTHS FOR THIS APPOINTMENT THAT SHE HAS TO PAY R1800 EXTRA!!!! Now the service parts come in when she was told that gynae checkups are covered as long as she uses certain hospitals which she has...nobody bothered to check up on her as the company has contacted discovery and now she has to pay a R1800 unbudgeted for because you guys have failed in your duties to be able to provide basic female care for my wife ,which every single woman needs on a medical aid...i think this is ridicolous and this wont stop here...i demand she gets reimbursed as soon as possible because this is disgusting have you guys not made enough money from robbing people of their innocent hard earned money?
