Discovery service provider is ripping me off

Good day.I am very disappointed in your service provider Tonkil optometrists Parow.I paid via my savings R6000.00.From day one the spec was problematic. I went back a few time the specs is still not working for my eyes. Please you need to sort out you're service provider .I paid dearly with my savings and im not happy with the product
