DISCOVERY - SERVICE NOT WHAT IT USE TO BE, VERY BAD, CHANGES BEING MADE WITHOUT CONSIDERATION OF CLIENTS

Be VERY, VERY CAREFUL when considering Discovery, they make changes not informing practices or clients, then advise an email was send with regards to the changes, which you did not receive!!! They are trying to rob people from their money, they can see that a lot of clients is using Dr van Niekerk as he has been servicing a lot of clients for many years, now they want to make it VERY DIFFICULT for clients to be able to use doctors in the area, obviously in order to safe them money by making it VERY DIFFICULT for clients to see the doctor they have been seeing for YEARS, and already built a relationship with. They did not advise the practice of their changes and nor us, and a lot of clients have the same problem. Even though they insist clients was advised. But how come the practice was not aware of this, cause if the practice was aware of this, they would have surely told us!!! THEY MAKE CHANGES WITHOUT CONSIDERING THE CLIENTS NEEDS, AND WE PAY MONTHLY, A LOT MONEY!!!! If you are situated in the Pretoria Moot area, please also have your say, let's not let Discovery get away by walking over clients and forcing us to move to other Doctors!!!! And making it difficult for us to see a doctor in our area at all. NOTE this is not the only problem we have with Discovery!!! But this is just enough, Discovery is well a ware that Dr van Niekerk has been servicing clients in our area for many, many years and now all of the sudden they want to change this!!!! Rather contact the Doctor or assist is office, I know they have been trying to sort this out, and GET THE PRACTICE BACK ON THE DAY TO DAY BENEFIT NETWORK, why do they want us, clients, to suffer for their changes!!!!! 20 years that we have been seeing Dr van Niekerk, the practice is one of the most convenient practices in our area, now they want us to move????? And we have also been clients of Discovery for many, many years, is this fare to us???? Don't think so!!!!! Share your thoughts people!!!
