Discovery service is very bad

Discovery service is very bad. I have 8 products with discovery, but the service i get is pathetic. 2 weeks waiting for the washing claim, and this has been stressful to me. I regret giving this useless company so much business, but it is never too late. I can still move some of the business somewhere else since my support is taken for granted.
