Discovery Service is pathetic

1. You have the incorrect plan listed on my profile - and call centre cant tell me why. 2. I cannot use the search function to find GP's in my area - its not working and call centre agent is not helpful. 3. I am now on hold for over 20 min waiting for a team leader or manager to speak to. The service we receive for the inflated bill you charge does not correlate. Worst call centre service to date, today !!
