Discovery Service is just really bad!!!

I officially hate Discovery, The only reason i still use them is because i have to due to my company.<br> Been trying to add my wife since last year (2015!!!!!) but all i get is one more form please! or you request is in the underwriting pool! response time is 24 hours. Best part is i have to follow up every day with discovery, only to hear the same story. (more paper work or please wait another 24 hours).<br> i am Sick and tired of discovery making me jump through hoops like a dog!<br> Will never recommend discovery to anyone out there.
