Discovery service going downhill
I have now complained on THREE occasions about my claims NOT being paid out AT COST. Because I have enough in my \savings\" all my claims must be paid back to me in full even if the doctor charges more than prescribed rates. I complained on 25/9/2015, 16/11/15 and 29/03/16. Yesterday I was told by Monde that she will investigate and revert back to me. Of course this did not happen.<br> DISCOVERY'S SERVICE IS GOING DOWNHILL FAST."
