Discovery service disappointing I AM FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW!!!!

Discovery took money from account that is way over my monthly debit order amount.I called them to understand why and for some reason no one has been able to give me a proper explanation.I have spent a lot of money trying to rectify the issue and get my money deposited back into my account and to date nothing has been done.This is frustrating and quiet disappointing for a big company like them to offer such bad service.I am very much inconvenienced right now and i need my money.
