Discovery service

Started the process in March ,to get onto medical. Myself and family. Agent was great at helping to get what I needed, however because we where on Discovery before, I got a long document s if past procedures they picked up from years ago when we where on Discovery. Fill in everything and sent back to application . They just kept sending me the same forms over and over. I called and was promised to be called back. Still waiting, always the wrong department if I call. We would have hoped to start the first of May. They couldn't even pick up my application when calling. So sad,I will be looking for another option.
