Discovery Sell you Products that dont exist

Earlier this Year , I got a Letter from a Dr that i must do a Biopsy on a Lump that i have in my Hip . I called Discovery they told me i must get codes which those rules i have never seen in their website . i gave up , few months later as in now . the lump started to be Painful . i requested that we use my hospital cover and go do Biopsy in hospital they still want the code , how will i get the codes if they dont authorize me to go to the Hospital to do a Biopsy?

So now Looking in the Last 3 Years i paid Discovery over 200K but when i need there help i cannot get help .
