Discovery sees cancer as cosmetic and wont pay claim!

I submitted my claim in June of this year for Skin cancer treatment I underwent. This is the exact same claim I had to process in 2019, and following a fight with Discovery in 2019 (and they eventually paid out), i was sure to submit all supporting documentation, along with Pathology reports proving the diagnosis. First my claim was rejected, and I have since made approx 8 calls to discovery, and my dermatologist to try and gather new Nappi codes as Discovery is now seeing part of my treatment as cosmetic... I have proved it is cancer, yet Discovery still find a reason to not find my claim valid... I have had multiple calls, and still no resolution... I would appreciate if someone can sort this out once and for all, so I don't have to spend another hour on hold on my own account, just to get nowhere slowly... Time to change medical aids!
