Discovery **** refusing to pay for 2 FREE annual covid test.

Discovery Health (Medical Aid) “provides” that they offer 2 FREE annual COVID 19 test annually for qualifying members. I had my first test mid May 2021 (which they paid for) and my second one within 8 months (mid December 2021) which they somehow failed to pay for.

I repeatedly called your call center since mid December and spoke to several people who reassured me that the matter has been escalated and that I would get feedback before close of business, nearly 2 months later and still NO FEEDBACK.

The medical practitioner has handed me over to his lawyers for collection. Initially the fee was R820 and its now over R1000 - I will not pay an amount insured on my medical aid - the outstanding balance is accumulating interest and I will not be liable for it.

Where is my feedback discovery? Why I am not kept updated and why is this matter taking 3 months to resolve?
