Discovery savings deduction without my knowledge

So here is the story. Been phoning discovery for more than a week every day without any assistance. I logged into my Discovery account and noticed that R9200.00 was deducted off my savings without my knowledge. I am assuming this is for 2 months contributions/payment as I app**** for it but not once did someone from Discovery call me or email me to confirm that I qualify or that it has been done or even just call to confirm if this is in order. I don't mind it at all but I am obviously unsure if that amount deducted was infact for 2 months contributions as I have had no confirmation of this so I dont know if discovery will be deducting the payment off my bank account or if my payment for 2 months is sorted. I dont know where else to email or call as no one is of assistance so Hello Peter is my last resort. Can someone kindly confirm the above and if it is not so, where has my money gone as it shows nothing when I log in.
