DISCOVERY SAVINGS

I am frustrated because you get no e-mail feedback from Discovery. I would like someone to please respond, a human and not keep telling me to use the bot of whatsapp because you don't get the right information. Also, a person does not have time to spend on the phone trying to find out what is going on.

My query is about the reduced discovery savings. The one little bit of useful information I did receive is the amount less. Apparently 5% - and 5% of R25000 is not R5000. Our savings have gone down from R25000 last year to R20000. Can someone please respond via mail and explain to me what is going on. For a family of 4 for you to just take savings like is not viable.
