Discovery Robot,

Although Discovery Health is a great medical aid for people,,their automated electronic computer answering service spoil the great company,,from their website to the whats app menu,,it will be great to deal with real people but this option is not part of the menu , i tried for several hours to log in , going through the options and receiving a sms that ststes my ID number does not match,,it seems impossable to speak to any person in Discovery,, pls get options where we can speak to a real human and get small matter resolved
