Discovery robbing people Blindly

I'm on Key Care Plus. On 21 August 2018 Discovery approved a specialist that my GP referred me to. My GP did all the paperwork, I made the appointment with my specialist and 13 September had my consultation. Specialist said that they dont deal with medical aid, i need to pay them and claim back from Discovery. I did so, paid R1000 cash. and submitted to Discovery. Week later i get an email, claim denied. Specialist reference number: ********** 5. I send them the authorisation letter and emails i received from Discovery. They put through an investigation. Today they call and say that they will only pay R300 and something cause that is the agreed amount with the specialist cause he is not on the Key care List. i am shocked at this treatment, When you authorise a specialist, inform the client or GP before consultation. I was not informed of how much will be covered or that the specialist is not on the Key care List. Key care Sucks! Discovery Sucks all my money out of me.
