Discovery ripping me off

I submitted a claim in January through the website only to be told they never received it, I then had to resubmit weeks later.<br> <br> Now, when I have paid the supplier in full and want the claim paid out of my savings account (and this is my money for me to spend), Discovery come back and have only paid me half back because they say it is not in line with MSA (this is not a medical aid claim, it is a savings claim). I cant spend my msa at my discretion? How does discovery decide on my behalf, what is the point in having a savings benefit!<br> <br> And then they just don't get back to you.
