I’m really shocked at Diecoveru. We pay high amounts to belong to them and then when we claim they hardly paid out. In the last 10 years of being with them if my family went to hospital 4 times it was a lot. My daughter had 2 procedures done. The one to put a stent in and the other to remove it. The anaesthetist charged R4436 on the one and they paid R3253. The other one was R4473 and they only paid R1626.70. How does that work then???
