Discovery Rip-off

I have recently undergone a scope procedure in hospital and all accounts relating to the procedure were paid out of medical savings account even though the procedure took place in hospital. I was told that had the procedure been done in the doctors rooms then they would have paid out of my Major Medical Benefit. What kind of logic is that? That is such a ****. I am very dissatisfied and I am now in debt as a result of my Medical Savings Account not having sufficient funds to cover the costs.
