Discovery requests blind payments and refuses to provide proof

I have been trying to resolve a simple query with Discovery for more than a month already, and for a customer who is still with them and has been with them for more than 12 years, I am extremely disappointed.

They refuse to provide official documentation (required by law upon my request) and proof of what makes up an amount that I am expected to pay them. Multiple associates have avoided my questions and refused resoltion.

I was originally on my employers Discovery medical aid scheme, and when I resigned mid-year to return to studying, I moved onto my parents' Discovery plan, the same Coastal Saver. I have all the PDF records of my medical aid charges, and Discovery's debt department has requested I pay an outstanding balance that I could not figure out how they got to.

I understand that even though I continue to pay Discovery for the same plan, different contracts have different medical savings balances, and Discovery needs to close one contract (so I have to pay the balance from my previous contract that was over-spent) but Discovery refuses to take into consideration that you have another contract continuing with them and refuses to provide proof of why you need to pay a specific amount.

I don't see why they are refusing to provide proof of the balance that is due, they have made mis-calculations in the past so it's always best to double-check your Discovery statement. I also don't see why they can't just deduct the over-spent balance from my new medical aid plan with them that has savings?

Discovery has been avoiding assistance and resolution, asking for blind payments and are refusing to provide documentation that supports proof of the amount due.

For a customer of more than 12 years, I'm hoping this will be the last year I'll have to deal with a company that is so disinterested in their customers.

Could you please e-mail me what I'm asking for instead of just "We've tried contacting you, please call us."
IT IS MY LEGAL RIGHT TO RECEIVE THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION, I don't know WHY you're HIDING such a simple answer!
Which medications/doctors ( ITEMIZED ) do I still owe you for, and Why can't you just pull the funds from my CURRENT medical aid savings?? I have already sent you the PDF records I was using and have explained WHY it does not amount to the number you're asking me to pay.

I have not left Discovery and I continue to pay you, so asking for a blind amount of R700 and refusing to provide any kind of supporting documentation, then threatening BLACKLISTING and doing everything you can for two months to AVOID answering a simple question is RIDICULOUS!
