Discovery rejects in hospital needed procedure

My daughter is 11 years old and after a year of visiting many specialists she was diagnosed with a ******* peroneal flatfoot. The only treatment for the condition is botox injections which discovery covered in hospital last year but rejected it this year. I cant understand it since this procedure has to be in hospital according to the specialist. Although we have no other claims and i am on a hospital plan with discovery which is now worthless because even if you need a procedure done in hospital they reject the authorisation. Discovery lame excuse is they made a mistake approving the procedure last year. WTH The child cannot walk without this procedure being done. Pathetic service from discovery. Member since 1995.
