Discovery rejects cancer (Melanoma removal) claim
I submitted a claim for a Stage 1 Melanoma (skin cancer) excision - Which has been rejected. I provided the pathology report. The Dermatologist recommend a specialist to remove it, which is apparently 'not in my scheme'. What am i paying for, if Discovery won't even partly reimburse for an extremely dangerous CANCER issue!?

05 Mar 2024, 10:53I was contacted by an agent shortly after the above review, he 'set something in motion', but i haven't heard from him in 2 weeks, and nothing has happened since. I'm not getting a response to my emails on the matter, and I'm unable to get hold of the agent. Each Discovery number he called me from cannot be returned.
