Discovery rejecting Dischem Covid 19 Drive Through tests

I find it very strange that Discovery do not not support clients taking a COVID 19 Dischem drive-through. In June my wife and I were seen as high risk per the Discovery app, got a doctor's script and went through the Dischem drive thru Covid test. Nice and easy (ok the test is not pleasant) and safer for us than going to a clinic where there is higher risk of getting Covid and meant we could also take the kids with us (what fun for them). When we submitted the claim to Discovery they rejected the claim despite their marketing around how they support Covid 19 tests.
