Discovery refusing to redund pensioners

Discovery double debited my mums medical aid and refuse to refund. I want a full refund of the amount of R3489.00 into my mums bank account as this is my grocery and utility lights, water money yrl deducted and now yrl want to keep my money for next months premium, this is ******* yrl are robbing pensioners that earn a sassa pension. Her children pay for the med aid.

I will now log this matter further if my full money is not refunded,she is waiting 12 days for my money, she had to borrow for food and lights, will you do this to yr parents really.

I want this sorted or i will move to another med aid.
