Discovery refusing to pay out on their Fitbit Vitality promotion

<p>In December I purshased at Dischem a 'Fitbit Charge HR - Black Small', here I admit I made a mistake, in my defence it never occured to me that I needed to take the Fitbit to the dispensary as if I was getiing tablets instead I went to the till. I duly submitted the till slip to discovery for my benefit. After a couple of weeks I queried the claim as I heard nothing, there was no notification that it was rejected, I was told I needed a NAPPPI code which I had to get from Dischem, so I go to Dischem they give me a print out with a NAPPI code. Which I duly submitted. This time they came back and said that the benefit had come to an end, I then escalated it saying that the device was purchased in December, they then have come back and said that the NAPPI code is not covered *** and attached a list of devices. I went back to them and said my device is on your list and here it is (Fitbit *** Fitbit Charge HR - Black Small FITFB405BKS-EU), and that Dischem has given the incorrect code. Their response to this is still that the device is not covered.</p> <p>Attached is the till slip for a FITBIT CHARGE HR BLACK, SMALL with the *VIT prefix showing that it is on the Vitality list. But discovery is adament it isn't.</p>
