Discovery refusing to pay for a life threatening PMB condition.

I had Pneumonia December 2023 which is a PMB condition. Discovery is refusing to pay my doctors bills and medication even though a motivational letter was send. They simply refuse to read and accept the motivational letter. I have declared a dispute but I am not getting further than the call center. I am highly disappointed in Discovery Health as this is not the first time they refuse to pay for life-saving care for me.
