Discovery refusing medical proceedure

See a gp who refers me to a specialist to have cysts removed. Discovery auth needs to investigate and nearly three weeks after gp sent a letter, specialist has given info they decline to say it’s cosmetic. A cyst on the eye is cosmetic. This discovery is a JOKE! They are the WORST medical aid ever. Any excuse not to allow you to have a procedure. Why have medical aid! Worst service. Do not take any discovery health insurance out.
