DISCOVERY REFUSES TO PAY PMB PRESCRIPTION

I've received a prescription on PMB. But at every pharmacy I go, I'm told they are not approved and Discovery refuses to pay. The prescription is for Rozuzet FCT 40/10.

Please advise where should I go.
