Discovery refuses to pay out Medical Savings Account

Months ago I phoned discovery to inquire about my medical savings account and why it was not paid out yet, they told me that there was a sum of money and previous payouts that I did not receive because my banking details were not correct, I updated my banking details to no avail, I repeatedly contacted them and again they wanted my banking details which I gave to them. They do not want to give me a statement of my medical savings account and they still did not pay out the amount. I came to the conclusion that they are taking the monies from peoples savings account and do not want to pay it out. I have left discovery a year ago and they still did not pay out the medical savings account. I suggest a auditing company audit them on that. Next step the ombudsman. Why is all this necessary??? I will sue for my time wasted on this.
