Discovery refuses to pay for MRI

Discovery medical aid refuses to pay for my current MRI scan from 30th March 26, yet Discovery paid for the same MRI scan on 19th September 2022

Unfortunately, I am still awaiting resolution on this matter, I get transferred from agent to agent, I put in hold for 30 minutes, after an hour your agent drops my call 📞 and you expect this matter to be resolved, court procedure will follow, when you took over my medical aid from Nedgroup all existing illness as well,
Lumber and cervical treatment was authorized Discovery paid for my previous MRI but refuses to pay my current in hospital account,
Beware when you decide to take out hospital plan cover with Discovery
