Discovery refuses to pay claims

I wish there was a zero star rating cause I have never ever in my life had such poor service on getting a claim paid back to me. Why do I have medical aid to cover for emergency... And the claim is not even much its R1612.8 and discovery dont want to pay it. After more than 10 years with them this is what I get
